Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Anchal-e-Hawa, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in providing quality stitching services and ladies suits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Custom Stitching Orders

All custom-stitched suits are made according to the measurements and requirements provided by the customer.

Custom stitching orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are specially prepared for you.

In case of any stitching defect or mistake from our side, we will offer free alteration after verification.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Ready-to-Wear & Unstitched Suits

Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-stitched suits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible in case of size issues or defects, subject to product availability.

Customers may need to cover shipping charges for exchanges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before stitching or dispatch.
  • Once stitching has started or the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
